Taking time to reflect, share stories, and talk  has a huge positive impact on well-being  and mental health.

Businesses in every sector have dealt with rapid progression over the last two years due to environmental changes caused by the Covid pandemic. Supporting personnel with the transition back into the office environment, or challenges around remote working, may be one of the changes that has the most negative impact on the well-being of any person and/or team.
Allowing time for teams to re-group and bond is a must if we are to have a positive impact on the physical and mental health of our workforce.
